Particularly respectful of the environment, it allows to reach places inaccessible by foot or with other boats. This activity is accessible to all and responds precisely to the challenges of the National Park.
A day of discovery by kayak in the creeks is above all to discover the secrets of the coastline in silence and in complete freedom.
Alone or with a companion, you will walk along the coastline to discover the magnificent limestone landscapes from a new angle, and you will stop for a few moments at the curiosities that mark out each route: sea caves, blow holes, faults, pretty creeks and marine animals.
Not to mention a lunch break with swimming and sunbathing in a cove before resuming your walk.

Kayaking is accessible to all (from 7 to 77 years old and more...) no need to be a seasoned sportsman to enjoy the joys of sailing in the Calanques. However, before planning an outing, remember to check the weather forecast. .

Half day : From Cassis to En-vau (45min)
From the beach of the big sea in Cassis, leave by the channel then follow the west coast after the port and cross Port-Miou, follow the point of Cacau and the remains of the eponymous quarry to reach the cove of Port-Pin and then that of En-Vau. After 45 minutes of navigation you enter the most beautiful creeks of Cassis. The efforts will be well rewarded because you will be the only boats to be able to cross the line of yellow buoys in the middle of the cove and reach the beach.
Day : From Cassis to the Devenson cliffs (1h15)
Kayak trip Cassis / En-vau / l'Essaïdon / le Devenson (1h15): From Cassis, follow the west coast after the port to the point Cacau (between Port-Miou and Port-Pin), then directly towards the point of Castelviel (exit of En-vau). Join the cove of the Oule and its cave before contemplating the needle of Eissadon. The route continues along the cliffs of Devenson to the islet of Dromadaire. Already 1h15 of navigation, turn around to reach the En-vau cove which is an ideal shelter for a picnic and swimming break.

The courses proposed above start from the beach of the Grande Mer (main beach of Cassis). The company Lo'Kayak, whose premises are located about 20 meters from the beach, offers quality kayak and paddle rentals in autonomy: single-seater kayak/biplaces/triplaces RTM + paddles + vests + waterproof bags (from 6 years old / Knowing how to swim without buoyancy aids). Guided trips possible on request and estimate. At your disposal on site, lockers and lockers to leave your superfluous things.
